Vicki brings a wealth of HR experience to IDEAL INDUSTRIES from her past senior positions as HR Manager of Moen, Group Vice President of HR for Newell Rubbermaid and Chief Human Resources Officer for Elkay Manufacturing. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Illinois (Chicago).
