As the current CEO of Step2 and Backyard Discovery as well as previous leadership positions in multiple companies in different industries, Anthony Ciepiel brings a strategic global marketing and e-commerce perspective to the IDEAL Board of Directors. He has held senior leadership positions with Vitamix, The Flood Company, Realty One and Griswold, Inc. Mr. Ciepiel serves on the Board at Becket Air and The Christian Business Men’s Connection of North East Ohio. Mr. Ciepiel is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed Realtor, and a graduate from Baldwin Wallace College.
