IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. Celebrates Women’s Equality Day with Free Webinar as a Resource for Women in the Trades

Informative LinkedIn live session to highlight what Women’s Equality Day means to women in the trades through interactive discussion panel 

SYCAMORE, Ill. - IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC and the Chicago Women in Trades will host a special live discussion in honor of Women’s Equality Day at 10 a.m. CST Friday, Aug. 26 showcasing ways to empower and advocate for women in the trades. This live discussion will be streamed on the IDEAL LinkedIn and will highlight the importance of current and future progress for women in the trades, a vastly male-dominated field.

Moderated by IDEAL Women’s Council member, Amanda Crosby, and Chicago Women in the Trades Program Director guest speaker, Renee Jones, IDEAL will host a 30-minute "fireside chat" style dialogue on what Women’s Equality Day means to women in the trades, celebrating progress that has been made in the industry and discussing key areas where strides are still needed toward tradeswomen's equality. Attendees will also get an inside look at how the IDEAL Women’s Council strives to elevate the voices of women in the company and in trades at large as well as how it works to make IDEAL’s culture stronger, more successful and more inclusive overall.
