Supplemental Privacy Notice ? China 

This Supplemental Privacy Notice applies to all personal information of Chinese citizens, as pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law that became effective November 1, 2021 in People?s Republic of China.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information: We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. When you use our services or interact with our website, we may collect certain personal information from you. The collection and use of your personal information will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws, including the PIPL. Please refer to Section 2 of our Privacy Policy for more information on the types of Personal Information we collect and how we collect it.
2. Purpose Limitation and Consent: We will collect and process your personal information only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. By using our website or our Services, you consent to the collection and use of the personal information in accordance with IDEAL?s Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. We will not use your data for any other purpose without obtaining additional consent from you, except as required or permitted by law.
3. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information. 6. Data Retention: We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as required by law, or as otherwise stated in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Children?s Privacy: Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under this age. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information of a child, please contact us to have the information removed.
8. Changes to this Supplemental Privacy Notice: This Supplemental Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements.  We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Privacy Notice on our website.
